Job Summary

This hybrid role seeks a demand role analyst with four to five years of experience in COM React and C plus plus who can design build and support analytical tools for enterprise scale applications ensuring reliable demand insights intuitive user interfaces and robust integrations that help the organization optimize planning decisions and deliver better outcomes for clients and communities.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business demand patterns using custom tools built with COM components and C plus plus logic layers to provide accurate and timely demand forecasts that inform planning and resource allocation decisions.
  • Design responsive and accessible front end interfaces using React that allow business stakeholders to explore demand trends scenarios and performance indicators in an intuitive and efficient manner.
  • Develop reusable COM based services that integrate with existing enterprise platforms ensuring consistent data contracts stable interfaces and reliable automation of core demand analysis workflows.
  • Implement robust C plus plus modules that perform high volume data processing complex calculations and advanced aggregation to support near real time demand analytics for critical business functions.
  • Optimize React components and client side state management to improve dashboard load times interaction responsiveness and overall user satisfaction for hybrid work environments.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in product operations and data to translate analytical requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that align with organizational priorities and compliance standards.
  • Conduct detailed code reviews for COM integrations React components and C plus plus libraries to maintain code quality prevent defects and reduce maintenance overhead for the wider engineering team.
  • Create automated test suites for front end and backend modules that validate key demand scenarios edge cases and regression risks to safeguard stability during frequent changes and releases.
  • Monitor application performance metrics error logs and user feedback to identify bottlenecks in analytical workflows and implement targeted improvements that enhance system reliability and productivity.
  • Prepare clear analytical reports and visual summaries generated through React interfaces that help stakeholders understand demand shifts risks and opportunities and support evidence based decision making.
  • Document solution designs data flows interface contracts and configuration steps in a concise and accessible manner so that teams working in a hybrid model can quickly onboard and support the platform.
  • Coordinate with security and compliance teams to ensure that all COM based integrations C plus plus modules and React interfaces follow secure coding practices and adhere to organizational policies.
  • Support production deployments during day shifts by validating release readiness monitoring post release behavior and addressing issues that may affect demand visibility or user experience.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate professional experience of four to five years working with COM based applications where analytical or planning solutions were implemented in an enterprise or multinational environment.
  • Apply advanced skills in React to build modular user interfaces manage complex client side states and integrate with backend services to deliver reliable analytic dashboards.
  • Utilize strong proficiency in C plus plus for performance sensitive processing algorithm implementation and integration of legacy components into modern analytical platforms.
  • Exhibit solid understanding of software development practices including version control code review unit testing and continuous integration in a hybrid work model.
  • Show experience collaborating with business analysts data engineers or planners to interpret demand related requirements and translate them into stable technical solutions.
  • Display effective communication skills that support remote and onsite collaboration enabling clear status updates issue discussions and knowledge sharing across global teams.
  • Prefer familiarity with modern web tooling and frameworks related to React ecosystems such as bundlers testing utilities and state management libraries used in production applications.
