Job Summary
Lead end to end migration from legacy MDM platforms to Reltio Cloud MDM strategy execution cutover
Define migration roadmap approach and timelines including risks and dependencies
Assess existing MDM landscape data models matchmerge integrations governance and design targetstate architecture
· Data models entities hierarchies
· Match merge rules and survivorship logic
· Workflows and reference data
· Data extraction cleansing transformation and loading
· Data validation reconciliation and quality assurance
Responsibilities
· Lead end to end migration from legacy MDM platforms to Reltio Cloud MDM strategy execution cutover
· Define migration roadmap approach and timelines including risks and dependencies

· Manage cutover and production golive
· APIbased and ETLELT integrations
· Reltio Integration Hub and enterprise system connectivity
· Stewardship processes validation rules and monitoring
· Compliance with regulatory and enterprise standards
· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions
· Lead crossfunctional teams MDM data engineering QA
· Drive architecture decisions and best practices
· Mentor team members and ensure quality delivery
· Own testing strategy and validation
· SIT UAT data reconciliation and business signoff
· Monitor performance resolve issues optimize platform
· Drive continuous improvement and MDM roadmap evolution
