Job Summary
This role is for a subject matter expert in policy servicing within a multinational organization responsible for delivering accurate and timely support for insurance policy lifecycle activities in a night shift work from office model. The candidate will apply strong skills in MS Office and knowledge of property and casualty insurance to enhance operational quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage end to end policy servicing activities by updating policy data validating documentation and ensuring all changes are processed accurately within defined timelines for a global client baseReview policy endorsements renewals cancellations and reinstatements to ensure each transaction complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements while minimizing operational riskCoordinate closely with operations teams to track service requests resolve processing bottlenecks and maintain a clear audit trail of all policy servicing actions performedAnalyze received documentation using advanced MS Office features such as formulas pivot tables and templates to validate completeness identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actionsPrepare structured reports and performance summaries in spreadsheets and presentations that highlight volumes quality trends and key observations to support data driven decision makingRespond to internal stakeholder queries regarding policy status coverage changes and documentation requirements by providing clear and accurate information based on established guidelinesSupport quality review activities by validating completed transactions documenting errors and proposing process improvements that enhance accuracy consistency and customer outcomesDocument policy servicing procedures and update reference materials in a clear and organized format so that team members can rely on up to date instructions and best practicesEnsure adherence to night shift service level agreements by prioritizing work items monitoring queues and escalating potential delays in a timely and structured mannerApply domain understanding of property and casualty insurance where applicable by interpreting coverage details limits and conditions to support precise and compliant policy updatesCollaborate with training and operations staff by sharing insights from recurring issues and helping refine checklists and templates that improve efficiency and error preventionUse MS Office tools to track daily productivity maintain log sheets and create visual dashboards that provide visibility into workload distribution and process performanceAdhere to company policies for information security data privacy and compliance by handling customer information with care and following all prescribed control measures
Qualifications
Demonstrate solid experience of five to seven years in policy servicing or similar back office operations with clear exposure to handling complex transaction processing tasksShow advanced proficiency in MS Office applications with emphasis on using spreadsheets for data validation reporting and analysis as well as using slide tools for concise presentationsExhibit strong understanding of insurance policy documents and servicing workflows with the ability to interpret instructions and transform them into precise operational actionsDisplay familiarity with property and casualty insurance concepts including coverage structures schedules and endorsements which is considered a desirable domain strengthPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable effective coordination with internal stakeholders and accurate documentation of actions takenMaintain a high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy so that policy records and reports are consistently reliable for both clients and internal auditorsAdapt comfortably to night shift work from office arrangements while sustaining productivity focus and collaboration with globally distributed teams
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include insurance domain certification in property and casualty or a recognized MS Office specialist certification
