Job summary
This role is for a banking and financial services testing specialist focused on Temenos Wealth Suite Front End within a hybrid work model. The professional will design execute and optimize end to end testing solutions ensuring stable secure and compliant wealth management platforms. The role supports high quality deliveries for global financial clients through structured testing risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive test strategy design for Temenos Wealth Suite Front End to ensure robust coverage of functional integration regression and system testing for complex banking processes
- Coordinate end to end test planning activities for wealth management features including portfolio management order management client onboarding and advisory workflows to support reliable business outcomes
- Develop detailed test scenarios and reusable test cases aligned with Temenos Wealth Suite Front End configurations to validate core and custom functionalities across multiple client environments
- Execute manual and tool assisted test cycles to verify application stability usability and performance while documenting results with clear evidence and traceability to requirements
- Identify log and track defects with precise root cause observations and collaborate closely with engineering and business stakeholders to drive timely resolution and retesting
- Validate data integrity across front end and downstream systems by performing test data preparation data reconciliation and scenario based validation for key wealth management transactions
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners from banking and financial services to refine test requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory compliance and audit expectations
- Optimize testing processes by introducing reusable templates checklists and risk based testing approaches that reduce cycle time while preserving quality and compliance
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and release increments to determine regression scope and prioritize test coverage for high risk components in Temenos Wealth Suite Front End
- Create detailed test summary and quality reports that highlight defect trends risk areas and readiness indicators to support informed release decisions for client facing systems
- Mentor junior team members in testing best practices domain concepts in wealth management and effective defect management to build a high performing and quality focused testing team
- Coordinate with infrastructure and environment teams to ensure test environments test data and access configurations are stable secure and representative of production like conditions
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing past releases identifying recurring quality issues and proposing test enhancements that improve platform reliability and client satisfaction
- Partner with automation specialists to identify high value regression scenarios suitable for automation and provide detailed test cases and acceptance criteria to support script development
- Participate in client workshops and internal review meetings to present testing approach status risks and mitigation plans while ensuring transparency and trust with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards information security practices and documentation guidelines so that all testing activities align with enterprise and client policies
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in testing Temenos Wealth Suite Front End with deep understanding of wealth management processes such as portfolio management investment orders and client lifecycle journeys
- Demonstrate strong expertise in banking and financial services domain including securities investment products and regulatory considerations that influence test design and risk coverage
- Show proven experience in end to end functional testing system integration testing and regression testing for enterprise scale financial platforms supporting multiple markets and currencies
- Display proficiency in designing detailed test cases maintaining traceability to requirements and using defect tracking tools to manage issues from discovery through closure
- Bring solid experience in hybrid work models with strong collaboration skills using digital tools to coordinate effectively with distributed teams and client stakeholders
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret complex business requirements translate them into meaningful test scenarios and derive clear acceptance criteria
- Have hands on experience with test management tools basic query skills for data validation and familiarity with automation frameworks used in banking and financial services programs
- Show commitment to quality through disciplined documentation peer review participation and adherence to process frameworks commonly used in large multinational organizations
- Value continuous learning by staying updated on Temenos enhancements wealth management trends and emerging testing practices relevant to digital banking and wealth platforms
- Possess excellent communication skills to articulate defects risks and test outcomes clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences including client representatives
