Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Informatica ETL Developer to join our data engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL workflows that support critical data pipelines across the organization. You will work closely with data architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to ensure data is transformed, validated, and delivered accurately and on time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, enhance, debug, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Informatica PowerCenter.
Build and optimise ETL mappings, mapplets, workflows, and sessions to support data integration requirements.
Write and maintain SQL queries, Oracle stored procedures, and Unix shell scripts to support data processing and automation.
Analyse and implement data flow mappings, ensuring accuracy of data transformation logic across source and target systems.
Configure and manage job scheduling using Control-M, ensuring reliable and timely execution of ETL processes.
Deploy code changes through CI/CD pipelines, following version control and release management practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve data and pipeline issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventative fixes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
Contribute to code reviews and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in IICS and Informatica PowerCenter and knowledge on Extract Transform and Load (ETL) logic
- As a Developer she/he should be responsible of developing enhancing debugging maintaining and testing Informatica workflows
- Strong knowledge in SQL Oracle and Unix scripts
- Good understanding of Data flow mapping
- Should have working experience in job scheduling tool- Control-M
- Experience in code deployment using CICD
- Experience of working in a Scrum team JIRA and Confluence
Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
