Job Summary
Work as a policy servicing professional in a global environment handling end to end policy maintenance activities for property and casualty insurance clients. Use effective English communication and MS Office skills to process customer requests accurately maintain data quality and support night shift operations from office without travel while ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.
Responsibilities
Handle policy servicing requests for property and casualty insurance customers by reviewing instructions and updating records in core systems with high attention to detail and accuracy.Process endorsements renewals cancellations and other policy changes by following documented procedures and service level timelines to maintain reliable customer coverage information.Capture interpret and clarify customer or internal stakeholder requests received through tickets emails or workflow tools using clear and professional English communication.Update and maintain policy data in spreadsheets and internal tools using MS Office applications to ensure information is accurate organized and easily retrievable for audits and reporting.Prepare policy related documents summaries and status trackers in MS Word and MS Excel that clearly outline actions taken pending items and key observations for team review.Conduct basic validations and reasonableness checks on premiums limits dates and customer information to minimize processing errors and rework while supporting overall quality goals.Coordinate with internal operations quality and support teams during night shift hours to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth handover of work items across time zones.Document each transaction with clear notes and standardized remarks so future reviewers can quickly understand the context decisions taken and next steps in the policy lifecycle.Follow compliance guidelines privacy norms and internal controls specific to policy servicing to support regulatory adherence and protect customer information at all times.Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or data gaps and suggesting updates in checklists templates or procedures that make daily work more efficient.Adapt to changing volumes and priorities during night shifts by organizing personal work queue in line with service levels and escalating blockers to supervisors when required.Support reporting activities by preparing basic volume quality and turnaround time summaries using MS Excel so that management obtains timely insights into operations performance.Engage in knowledge sharing activities such as participating in huddles refresher sessions and cross training so that team capability grows steadily over time.Assist in providing a smooth customer experience by ensuring that every policy servicing action is accurate timely and aligned to the broader purpose of delivering reliable insurance protection.
Qualifications
Possess working proficiency in spoken and written English enabling clear interpretation of instructions and preparation of simple yet precise documentation for policy servicing activities.Demonstrate practical experience with MS Office including creating structured spreadsheets professional documents and basic presentations that support daily operations and reporting needs.Exhibit strong attention to detail and numeric comfort which aids in checking policy data validating figures and reducing the risk of manual processing errors in insurance records.Bring a foundational understanding or internship exposure to property and casualty insurance concepts such as policy terms endorsements and claims which is considered an advantage.Display the ability to work effectively in a night shift office environment by maintaining focus managing energy and adhering to safety and attendance expectations.Show readiness to quickly learn new tools systems and procedures related to policy servicing so that ramp up time is minimized and contribution to team outcomes is accelerated.Cultivate a customer centric mindset that values accuracy transparency and reliability in every transaction thereby supporting the company mission to provide dependable protection to society.
Certifications Required
Any foundational certification in MS Office or business computing such as MOS is preferred.
