About the role
As a North EMEA Alliance Lead, you will make an impact by owning and activating Cognizant's ServiceNow alliance across North EMEA — translating a deep, global strategic partnership into real regional pipeline and wins on the ground. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Business Group (SNBG) Go-To-Market team and work collaboratively with Cognizant's local delivery teams, ServiceNow's regional field organization, and the wider partner ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Own the ServiceNow alliance relationship across North EMEA, including the Netherlands and Nordics, acting as the primary connective tissue between Cognizant's local teams and ServiceNow's regional field.
- Build and execute the regional co-sell motion with ServiceNow's field team, from joint account planning through to active deal support.
- Drive regional pipeline and bookings against shared targets, ensuring consistent progress toward jointly agreed goals with ServiceNow.
- Land SNBG industry and AI plays in-region — including Neuro AI, agentic AI, and AI Control Tower — adapted to local buyers and sectors.
- Manage the regional partner ecosystem, including Armis, Veza, and Moveworks workstreams, and coordinate partner enablement, events, and joint demand generation activities with marketing support.
