Salesforce BSA
Looking for a Salesforce BSA to work with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support delivery on Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong experience in Salesforce
- Gather and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Work with developers/architects to deliver scalable solutions
- Support UAT, testing, and production validation
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- Good understanding of integrations
- Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Exposure to reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
- Salesforce certifications
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience
Qualifications:
· 5+ years as BA/BSA
· 4+ years of Salesforce experience
· Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
· Strong communication and analytical skills
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 60,000– $ 95,000 CAD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
