Job Summary
This role focuses on delivering expert policy servicing support for property and casualty insurance operations within a global corporate environment using strong proficiency in MS Office to manage complex data documentation and reporting needs while working from office in night shifts to ensure accurate timely and compliant processing of customer policies and endorsements across regions.
Responsibilities
Deliver accurate policy servicing for property and casualty insurance portfolios by processing endorsements renewals and cancellations with strong attention to detail and compliance requirementsExecute daily policy data updates in core systems using advanced MS Office skills to ensure data integrity and timely availability for business stakeholdersPrepare structured policy documentation and reports by leveraging spreadsheets and word processing tools to support operations audits and client queriesCoordinate with internal operations teams to clarify policy instructions and resolve servicing discrepancies in a timely and professional mannerMaintain thorough records of policy changes and customer interactions in line with regulatory expectations and internal quality standardsReview source documents such as proposals and schedules to validate coverage details and ensure consistency across systems and outputsApply operational guidelines and standard operating procedures to manage queues and meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks in night shift conditionsAnalyze recurring servicing issues and recommend process improvements that enhance accuracy efficiency and customer satisfaction for policy administrationRespond to internal queries on policy servicing by providing clear well documented explanations based on available data and reference materialsSupport service continuity by adhering to work from office schedules and collaborating with colleagues to manage workload peaks and critical cutoffsUtilize spreadsheets to track key metrics for turnaround time and quality to support continuous improvement and management reporting needsValidate premium and limit changes during policy servicing to ensure appropriate reflection in systems and alignment with underwriting instructionsPerform routine quality checks on completed transactions to identify errors and initiate timely corrections before downstream impacts occur
Qualifications
Display proven experience in MS Office with strong skills in spreadsheets word processing and presentations to manage large data sets and produce clear documentationDemonstrate prior experience in insurance operations or similar process driven environments with a focus on accuracy productivity and complianceExhibit familiarity with property and casualty insurance concepts such as coverage types endorsements and renewals as a desirable domain backgroundShow capability to work consistently in night shifts from office while maintaining focus meeting service levels and adhering to organizational policiesCommunicate clearly in written and verbal form to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and document policy servicing actions comprehensivelyApply analytical thinking to interpret policy information identify anomalies and propose practical resolutions aligned with business objectivesAdapt quickly to new tools workflows and process changes while maintaining high quality and supporting continuous improvement in policy servicing
Certifications Required
Preferred certification in general insurance operations or MS Office productivity such as MOS Associate
