Senior Solution Architect (ServiceNow)
About the role
As a Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect (ServiceNow), you will make an impact by designing and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions that help clients solve complex business challenges and accelerate digital transformation. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow practice, collaborating with clients, delivery teams, developers, consultants, and executive stakeholders to create scalable, future-ready platform solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Define platform, application, integration, and governance strategies that support scalable and sustainable implementations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and executive leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Guide clients on ServiceNow best practices, configuration versus customization decisions, and platform roadmap planning.
- Ensure solution quality by establishing architectural standards, development best practices, and implementation governance.
- Mentor technical teams and provide architectural leadership throughout project lifecycles.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and opportunity scoping for new client engagements.
- For Senior Solution Architects: lead technical decision-making, coach architects and developers, and contribute to organizational capability development and technology strategy.

What you need to have to be considered
- 3+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience (Solution Architect) or 5+ years of consulting experience with advanced architecture leadership responsibilities (Senior Solution Architect).
- Experience participating in large-scale ServiceNow implementations across multiple business domains.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM.
- At least two additional ServiceNow CIS certifications in areas such as ITOM, ITAM, CSM, FSM, SecOps/GRC, HRSD, or related product lines.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and solution design.
- Experience working with APIs, web services, and modern integration technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
These will help you stand out
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow product suites, including ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, FSM, or Project Portfolio Management.
- ITIL, TOGAF, IT4IT, or other enterprise architecture certifications.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, REST, SOAP, JSON, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and modern web technologies.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale architecture and governance frameworks.
- Background working in Agile delivery environments.
- Proven experience mentoring architects, developers, and technical teams.
- Postgraduate education in software engineering, technology, or related fields.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and provide strategic technology consulting.
