Job Summary
Sr Architect role in a hybrid work model responsible for designing and guiding advanced data and analytics platforms that leverage AI and BI dashboards Databricks capabilities and modern user experience principles to enable strategic IT business support. The role focuses on scalable architecture optimized data workflows and actionable insights for stakeholders across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end to end data and analytics architectures that integrate AI BI dashboards Genie solutions and Databricks components to deliver reliable insights for enterprise decision making.
- Develop scalable patterns using AgentBricks Mosaic AI and Genie Code that enable reusable analytical services and support future expansion of intelligent applications.
- Define robust data models and query strategies in Databricks SQL to ensure fast reporting performance and optimized consumption across multiple business units.
- Architect secure and resilient data pipelines with Databricks Delta Lake to support historical data retention auditability and trusted analytics outcomes.
- Configure and orchestrate Databricks Workflows that automate data ingestion transformation and publishing processes to keep dashboards and downstream systems consistently updated.
- Implement efficient PySpark based processing frameworks that handle large datasets with a focus on performance tuning resource optimization and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with user experience stakeholders to translate complex analytical requirements into intuitive AI BI dashboard designs that improve adoption and usability for business users.
- Partner with IT business support teams to understand operational pain points and craft architectural solutions that streamline processes and enhance service reliability.
- Establish standards best practices and documentation for AI and BI architecture patterns to promote consistency knowledge sharing and long term sustainability across projects.
- Conduct performance assessments and optimization reviews for existing AI BI dashboards Genie features and Databricks workloads to continuously improve system efficiency.
- Guide teams in effective use of AgentBricks Mosaic AI and Genie Code for building modular analytics components that minimize duplication and accelerate delivery.
- Evaluate new tools and techniques in the AI and data engineering ecosystem to keep the architecture aligned with emerging practices while ensuring smooth integration with current platforms.
- Coordinate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure that all data architectures adhere to organizational policies and protect sensitive information throughout the analytics lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience in architecting solutions that use AI BI dashboards and Genie capabilities to deliver meaningful insights for complex business domains.
- Show strong proficiency with AgentBricks Mosaic AI and Genie Code in designing modular components that support scalable and maintainable analytics products.
- Apply deep hands on expertise in Databricks SQL Delta Lake and Workflows to build dependable data platforms that serve diverse reporting and analytical needs.
- Utilize advanced PySpark skills to implement high performance data processing solutions that handle large volumes of structured and semi structured data.
- Bring solid background in user experience concepts to ensure that analytics interfaces are accessible intuitive and tailored to business stakeholder workflows.
- Offer proven experience in IT business support environments where architecture decisions directly enhance service stability transparency and response times.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a hybrid model with cross functional teams and distributed stakeholders.
