Program Manager role requiring ten to twelve years of experience to drive complex technology initiatives focused on generative intelligence solutions enterprise integration and transport optimization using Java Unix API based platforms and BlueYonder TMS in a hybrid day shift model with no travel. The role ensures strategic alignment measurable delivery outcomes and sustainable value for business and society.


Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end program delivery for generative intelligence initiatives ensuring clear scope definition measurable milestones and predictable outcomes that align with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams working on Java Unix and API based integration to ensure cohesive solution delivery that supports reliable performance scalability and maintainability.
  • Monitor program schedules resource plans and dependencies for BlueYonder TMS implementation and enhancement work to ensure that transport optimization goals and operational efficiency targets are consistently achieved.
  • Manage risk and issue tracking across technology streams by defining mitigation actions and escalation paths that protect program timelines quality standards and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with product and operations partners to translate complex generative intelligence and transport management requirements into actionable work plans that enable practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Guide teams to follow structured governance practices including status reporting change control and dependency management that offer transparent visibility to program sponsors and decision makers.
  • Evaluate technical solution proposals involving Java microservices Unix based components API gateways and BlueYonder TMS configurations to ensure functional completeness robustness and alignment with enterprise guidelines.
  • Coordinate hybrid working routines by planning onsite ceremonies and remote collaboration touchpoints that maintain strong communication focus and accountability across all program participants.
  • Champion adoption of responsible generative intelligence capabilities by ensuring model usage supports ethical outcomes data protection principles and positive impact on end users and wider society.
  • Align program outcomes with organizational purpose by designing solutions that streamline transport operations reduce waste and improve service reliability for partners and communities.
  • Track financial performance of the program including effort budgets and benefit realization metrics to ensure that investments in generative intelligence and transport optimization deliver tangible value.
  • Provide structured guidance to project teams on prioritization and execution practices that keep effort focused on critical delivery items while limiting scope creep and rework.
  • Coordinate day shift operations for the program by organizing activities handoffs and decision routines that ensure timely progress consistent support and minimal disruption to business stakeholders.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in managing technology programs incorporating generative intelligence solutions including familiarity with prompt design model integration workflows and responsible usage practices.
  • Possess strong background in Unix environments with capability to understand deployment processes shell based operations and performance considerations for large scale applications.
  • Apply solid expertise in Java development ecosystems encompassing service oriented architectures application frameworks and integration with enterprise platforms to support informed program decisions.
  • Bring hands on exposure to API centric design patterns including definition of endpoint contracts authentication approaches and monitoring practices to oversee robust and secure integration landscapes.
  • Show proven experience working with BlueYonder TMS including configuration coordination data flow understanding and impact analysis of changes on transport planning and execution processes.
  • Offer prior experience in hybrid working models where effective communication collaboration tooling and meeting structures were used to maintain engagement and productivity across distributed teams.
