About the role
As a Data Product Owner, you will make an impact by defining, prioritizing and delivering data products and Adobe Analytics capabilities that support measurable business outcomes. You will connect business stakeholders with data engineering, architecture and Adobe teams, owning the product backlog and guiding delivery from strategic planning through acceptance.
In this role, you will:
- Define and maintain the data product vision and roadmap, translating business outcomes into prioritized features, user stories, acceptance criteria and success measures.
- Own and refine the product backlog, breaking epics into delivery-ready features and stories while balancing business value, risk, dependencies and team capacity.
- Lead stakeholder discovery and alignment through workshops, requirements clarification, solution reviews and transparent communication of progress, risks and dependencies.
- Prepare features and objectives for Strategic Planning and Program Increment planning, and actively support backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Partner with business and delivery teams to validate data integration and data-quality outcomes, secure business acceptance and maximize the value delivered by each increment.
Work model
Hybrid 4 days per week at a client or Cognizant office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What you must have to be considered
- Strong experience as a Product Owner or Data Product Owner, including ownership of product roadmaps and delivery backlogs in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives and complex data requirements into clear features, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience supporting Strategic Planning, Program Increment planning and core Agile ceremonies across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills, with the ability to align business, data engineering, architecture and analytics teams.
- Deep knowledge of airline industry metrics, key performance indicators and aviation data, including TDNA (Amadeus), Passenger Name Record, loyalty and flight data.
These will help you succeed
- Experience delivering data integration, data-quality or analytics products in a complex enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics capabilities and their application to business decision-making.
- A structured, value-focused approach to prioritization, scope management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to operate effectively across business and technical audiences in a multicultural consulting environment.
