Job Summary
This hybrid night shift role focuses on maintaining accurate product information and master data to support efficient order management trading processes and basic logistics execution. The position involves validating data quality supporting order related operations and coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure reliable information flows that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while working in a global MNC environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product information and master data with high accuracy to ensure reliable order capture processing and trading execution across systems and teams.
- Validate incoming product and order related data against defined business rules to prevent errors that could disrupt logistics execution and customer fulfillment.
- Support day to day order management activities by updating relevant data fields and resolving basic data discrepancies in close collaboration with operations stakeholders.
- Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to ensure master data changes are reflected timely in execution processes such as picking packing and shipment preparation.
- Monitor data consistency across multiple systems and raise issues to the appropriate teams when mismatches or gaps are identified in product or order records.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures for product information maintenance and master data workflows to promote consistent execution in a hybrid work model.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by highlighting recurring data quality issues and suggesting practical enhancements to data validation checks.
- Support trading and order related reporting needs by preparing structured data extracts and ensuring that master data attributes are correctly populated for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners in operations finance and customer support to understand how accurate master data enables smoother end to end order processing.
- Apply basic logistics execution understanding to confirm that product and order attributes such as dimensions weights and handling requirements are correctly captured.
- Adhere to night shift schedules and collaboration practices designed for hybrid work including virtual meetings and secure remote access to data systems.
- Focus on delivering high quality data stewardship that strengthens company trust with customers and partners and contributes to more efficient use of resources.
- Align daily tasks with the company purpose of enabling reliable commerce and supply chains which supports communities by ensuring products are available when needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate foundational experience or academic exposure to order management and trading processes including order entry status tracking and fulfilment flows.
- Apply basic logistics execution knowledge such as understanding warehouse activities shipment processes and delivery confirmations to maintain relevant master data.
- Show familiarity with order domain concepts including product hierarchy pricing availability and customer specific attributes in a structured business environment.
- Utilize basic skills in enterprise applications or order management tools to review update and validate product and master data records effectively.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and analytical thinking to identify anomalies in product information and order data before they impact downstream operations.
- Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats with cross functional teams to clarify data requirements and support hybrid collaboration in a night shift context.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn global master data standards process documentation techniques and best practices relevant to a large multinational company.
