About the Role

  • Lead data architecture and integration, designing models and patterns that ensure data quality, lineage, governance/MDM, and seamless interoperability across policy/claims/billing ecosystems.
  • Drive solution design and modernization of legacy cores using cloud-native patterns, API-first design, microservices, and event-driven architectures to improve agility and change velocity.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate complex concepts into executive-ready narratives; build actionable roadmaps for underwriting, policy, and claims transformation.
  • Champion innovation, applying AI/ML (including Agentic AI) and market insights to create practical solutions and accelerators for clients and internal teams.
  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, embedding best practices in enterprise and data architecture, and ensuring solution assurance across multi-team delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry in either a consulting or industry practitioner role in Property and Casualty.
  • 5+ years of experience with a management consulting firm.
  • Experience on large P&C insurance Core System transformation involving market-leading solutions such as Guidewire and Duck Creek.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to all audiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Business/Management preferred.
  • A positive, results-oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done to develop the next generations of leaders.
  • A deep sense of urgency, creativity, and decisiveness coupled with the ability and willingness to work hard under pressure.
  • An engaging social style complemented by the analytical pragmatism necessary to quickly dissect highly complex issues.
