About the Role
As an Integration Platforms Engineer, you will make an impact by enabling seamless information exchange across the aviation ecosystem through the design, operation, and continuous improvement of our 24x7 Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions. You will be a valued member of our Infrastructure & Integration team, working collaboratively with application teams, security stakeholders, and external aviation ecosystem partners to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performance data exchange across internal and external systems.
In this role, you will:
Design, deploy, and maintain the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) to support robust system integrations across the aviation ecosystem.
Operate and support Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, ensuring secure and compliant file exchange between internal and external parties.
Ensure 24x7 availability and performance of core integration platforms, proactively monitoring integration flows and resolving failures or delays before they impact operations.
Implement security controls, encryption, and access management to safeguard all data exchange services.
Support the onboarding of new integration partners and evolving data exchange requirements within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Collaborate closely with application and architecture teams to design and troubleshoot integration solutions end-to-end.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
Strong hands-on experience with ESB technologies such as MuleSoft, WSO2, or IBM Integration Bus.
Proven experience operating and supporting Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.
Solid understanding of secure data exchange protocols and standards, including those used within the aviation industry.
Demonstrated experience integrating internal and external systems across complex, multi-partner ecosystems.
Scripting and automation skills for integration monitoring, alerting, and operational support.
Strong troubleshooting capabilities within a critical 24x7 operational environment.
These Will Help You Stand Out
Familiarity with aviation industry data standards and ecosystem partners.
Experience with integration observability tooling and incident response in high-availability environments.
Knowledge of API management, message queuing, and event-driven architecture patterns.
Prior experience working within regulated or mission-critical IT environments.
