Senior Business Analyst | Digital Transformation

Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to take ownership beyond requirements gathering and help shape large-scale digital transformation initiatives?
Join Cognizant's Intuitive Operations & Automation business, where you will partner with clients across multiple industries and play a key role in assessing, designing and delivering process improvement and digital business transformation programs.
What you'll do
- Partner with client business teams and process owners to shape digital transformation initiatives and develop appropriate solutions
- Own delivery beyond requirements gathering, discovery and analysis
- Structure, document and prioritize work to maintain a clear and actionable backlog
- Set priorities and make evidence-based trade-offs
- Manage delivery expectations across stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Bridge the gap between business and technology
- Work closely with delivery teams throughout the SDLC
- Establish and embed reusable best practices
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive progress within agreed objectives and guardrails
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis and strategy development
- Strong solution-design capabilities
- Experience owning delivery across the SDLC and process improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of technical frameworks and the ability to communicate effectively with developers
- Hands-on business analysis and process improvement experience
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and manage expectations
- Understanding of how AI and automation tools can improve day-to-day work
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple geographical regions
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
- Strong risk-management judgement
- Excellent Hungarian and English communication skills
Nice to have
- Relevant project management certification
- Hands-on experience developing automation solutions or AI agents
- Aviation industry experience
