Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Engagement Delivery Lead to drive strategic data and cloud transformation initiatives for a key client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AWS Cloud, Snowflake Data Platform, and Enterprise Data Solutions, coupled with exceptional client-facing and leadership skills.
This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, manage large-scale delivery engagements, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of cloud and data programs. We are looking for a "go-getter" who can proactively solve problems, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS Cloud and Snowflake-based transformation programs.
- Act as the primary engagement leader and trusted advisor for client executives and senior stakeholders.
- Drive program governance, delivery planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Partner with client leadership to define strategic roadmaps and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical guidance on AWS cloud services, data platforms, Snowflake architecture, and modernization initiatives.
- Manage delivery teams across onsite and offshore locations.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget objectives.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, client expansion, and additional service offerings.
- Lead executive-level meetings, steering committees, and business reviews.
- Mentor and guide technical teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Delivery Leadership or Engagement Management roles.
- Strong hands-on understanding of AWS Cloud technologies and cloud-native architectures.
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake Data Warehouse, Data Engineering, and Analytics ecosystems.
- Experience delivering large-scale cloud migration, modernization, and data transformation programs.
- Proven success managing senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and program governance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Professional, or equivalent).
- Snowflake Certification.
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Consulting environments.
- Prior experience managing multi-million-dollar technology engagements.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL/ELT frameworks, and cloud governance.
