Job Summary
Service Line Specialist for SAP focused initiatives responsible for shaping complex hybrid delivery engagements across global clients aligning service line strategy with enterprise platform roadmaps and guiding transformative programs that optimize business processes elevate customer value and ensure sustainable outcomes for society through technology driven innovation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end SAP service line strategy across multiple client engagements aligning platform capabilities with business transformation priorities and ensuring measurable value realization for global stakeholders.
- Oversee the design of complex SAP solution architectures across modules and integrations ensuring robust scalability performance optimization and compliance with enterprise standards for hybrid delivery environments.
- Guide senior client partners in defining SAP roadmaps and modernization journeys translating strategic objectives into executable programs that improve efficiency resilience and long term business impact.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary SAP teams in hybrid work settings to deliver integrated solutions optimizing collaboration models across onsite and remote contributors for predictable and high quality outcomes.
- Direct governance processes for large SAP portfolios establishing metrics review cadences and escalation paths that safeguard timelines budgets and risk exposure while maintaining transparency for executive sponsors.
- Shape reusable SAP assets and frameworks for the service line encouraging standardization of methodologies and accelerators that shorten delivery cycles and improve solution consistency across industries.
- Mentor experienced SAP practitioners on advanced delivery practices promoting continuous improvement in architecture quality domain depth and client advisory capabilities that reinforce the service line reputation.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across business and technology functions clarifying tradeoffs and benefits of SAP initiatives and fostering alignment around prioritized releases and incremental value milestones.
- Champion integration of SAP solutions with surrounding enterprise platforms supporting holistic process flows that reduce operational friction and empower organizations to respond faster to market changes.
- Coordinate travel enabled engagement activities including onsite workshops steering meetings and cutover support ensuring that in person interactions maximize trust building and decision velocity for critical phases.
- Promote responsible technology use within SAP programs encouraging designs that improve accessibility regulatory adherence and sustainability outcomes for communities impacted by client operations.
- Refine delivery processes for day shift hybrid teams calibrating resource allocation communication patterns and tooling choices to ensure uninterrupted progress and effective risk visibility.
- Evaluate emerging SAP capabilities and market trends recommending adoption pathways that keep client solutions competitive and align the service line with future ready digital operating models.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience of more than two decades in complex SAP engagements covering multiple modules and transformation programs with consistent track records of delivering tangible business improvements.
- Possess deep hands on expertise in SAP implementation and optimization including configuration integration and lifecycle management that enables practical guidance across design and execution stages.
- Apply broad knowledge of hybrid work models and distributed delivery ensuring that SAP teams operate cohesively across locations and that communication practices support high trust collaboration.
- Exhibit strong consulting skills through structured problem solving stakeholder facilitation and outcome based recommendations that help organizations unlock strategic value from SAP investments.
- Bring familiarity with large scale portfolio governance financial controls and risk management principles necessary for overseeing enterprise wide SAP modernization initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of industry specific regulatory needs and process nuances allowing tailoring of SAP solutions so that client operations remain compliant and resilient under changing conditions.
Certifications Required
SAP certification relevant to core modules or architecture and one project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
