Job Summary

The Technology Architect will design and optimize enterprise scale solutions leveraging AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP to deliver data driven customer journey orchestration for global clients. The role focuses on hybrid work execution robust architecture governance and collaboration with cross functional teams in asset and wealth management and other domains.


Responsibilities

  • Architect end to end solutions that integrate AEP Customer Journey Analytics AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser and AEP RTCDP to enable unified customer journey insights and actionable engagement strategies across channels
  • Design scalable data ingestion and activation patterns that align AEP RTCDP profiles with downstream marketing and analytics platforms to ensure accurate audience targeting and campaign performance measurement
  • Develop robust solution blueprints that detail data flows configuration standards and integration touchpoints for AEP components to support consistent implementation across multiple business initiatives
  • Collaborate with product owners marketing teams and data engineers to translate customer experience objectives into practical AEP architecture designs that support measurable business outcomes
  • Optimize AEP Customer Journey Analytics configurations and reporting structures to provide clear visibility into journey performance and contribute to continuous experience improvement
  • Guide implementation teams on best practices for AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser setup including journey design decision logic and event handling to deliver reliable and personalized experiences
  • Establish architecture governance practices for AEP solutions by defining reusable design patterns configuration guidelines and review checkpoints that promote maintainability and compliance
  • Coordinate with security and compliance teams to align AEP data handling identity resolution and profile activation with enterprise data protection standards and regulatory expectations
  • Evaluate existing martech and data platform landscapes and recommend integration approaches that enhance the value of AEP RTCDP without disrupting critical business processes
  • Document solution decisions technical standards and operational runbooks in a clear and maintainable format to support future enhancements knowledge transfer and onboarding activities
  • Work closely with stakeholders in asset and wealth management to map client journeys data sources and operational processes into AEP capabilities that improve advisory engagement and client retention
  • Analyze performance and usage metrics across AEP components and propose specific tuning and configuration adjustments that improve responsiveness stability and functional effectiveness
  • Support hybrid work collaboration by using digital tools and structured communication practices to ensure alignment transparency and timely progress across geographically distributed teams

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate deep hands on proficiency in AEP Customer Journey Analytics including data view design advanced segmentation and journey performance analysis to support sophisticated use cases
  • Bring strong experience configuring and operating AEP Adobe Journey Optimiser with a focus on complex orchestration scenarios real time triggers and rule based decisioning for customer interactions
  • Apply expert knowledge of AEP RTCDP including schema design identity stitching and profile activation to build resilient and scalable customer data foundations for the organization
  • Possess solid understanding of asset and wealth management concepts such as client lifecycle portfolio review workflows and advisory communication patterns to contextualize AEP solution designs
  • Utilize broad experience in enterprise architecture integration patterns and data modeling to ensure that AEP solutions fit coherently within the wider technology ecosystem of the company
  • Show capability in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams comprising marketing analytics operations and engineering professionals to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of AEP platforms
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to explain complex AEP architectural options and trade offs in clear business oriented language to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise
