Responsibilities : - Lead end to end design and implementation of customer journey solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser to support large scale marketing and operations initiatives across regions. - Oversee technical architecture decisions for AEP based solutions by defining integration patterns data flows and governance models that ensure reliability security and long term maintainability. - Drive configuration and optimization of Adobe Journey Optimiser by creating sophisticated journey rules audience segments and decision strategies that improve engagement and conversion outcomes. - Coordinate with product owners business stakeholders and supply chain operations teams to translate complex requirements into actionable technical designs and implementation roadmaps. - Provide technical guidance to developers and analysts on best practices for data modeling identity resolution and event streaming in AEP environments to maintain consistency and performance. - Manage code quality and release processes by enforcing robust review standards automated testing and deployment pipelines that support stable delivery in a hybrid work setting. - Collaborate with program management teams to align technical milestones with broader project plans communicating risks dependencies and progress in a structured and transparent manner. - Optimize system performance and scalability by analyzing journey execution metrics and implementing tuning strategies that reduce latency and improve responsiveness under enterprise workloads. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements by implementing appropriate data handling consent management and retention policies within AEP and related platforms. - Guide troubleshooting and incident resolution for AEP and Adobe Journey Optimiser components by performing root cause analysis and implementing durable corrective actions that prevent recurrence. - Coordinate cross functional workshops to review journey designs share best practices and gather feedback that continuously improves solution quality and business impact. - Document solution architectures configuration standards and operational procedures in clear technical references that support knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members. - Monitor adoption of implemented journeys and features by partnering with analytics teams to interpret performance dashboards and recommend enhancements that align with company purpose and societal impact through better customer experiences. -Qualifications - Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser including data ingestion schema design audience creation and journey orchestration for complex enterprise scenarios. - Possess eight to ten years of experience in technical roles with substantial responsibility for solution design system integration and delivery of customer or operations focused platforms in a multinational context. - Apply solid understanding of supply chain and operations domains by interpreting process flows inventory considerations and service levels into meaningful customer journey and data requirements when relevant. - Utilize program management exposure to plan activities estimate effort manage risks and coordinate stakeholders ensuring that technical delivery aligns with timelines and strategic outcomes. - Bring proven experience working in hybrid models by effectively collaborating with onsite and remote team members using structured communication practices and shared tools in a day shift environment. - Show advanced proficiency in data integration techniques API based communication and batch processing as needed to connect AEP with upstream and downstream enterprise systems. - Maintain strong analytical and problem solving skills for diagnosing complex platform or data issues and proposing clear pragmatic solutions that restore stability and enhance performance. - Exhibit effective communication abilities to explain technical concepts to business partners document decisions and provide concise status updates that facilitate informed decision making. 9.
