Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Washington - DC.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead architecture and design of Salesforce FSC solutions for wealth management, retail banking, lending, and customer onboarding.
· Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
· Drive implementation of FSC capabilities including Household Management, Financial Accounts, Referrals, Interaction Summaries, and Action Plans.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
· Establish integration architecture with core banking and third-party systems.
· Provide technical governance, best practices, and solution reviews.
Required Qualifications
· Salesforce FSC expertise with multiple end-to-end implementations.
· Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
· Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Integration Patterns.
· Financial Services and Banking domain knowledge.
· Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary range for this role is $145,000 – $185,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
