Job Summary
Production support role with required skill Linux and SQL. Work will be in shifts from customer office Mumbai. No hybrid mode. Work from any other location is not possible.
Responsibilities
- Experience: 3-5 Years Of Experience
- Sound hands-on knowledge in Unix Linux
- Hands-on knowledge in SQL
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Worked on Workflow automation tools like Control M
- Focused on Automation Experience in Unix shell scripts Python etc
- Daily Application Operation experience
- ITIL understanding familiarity with IM PM tools
- Knowledge on support tools like MS Office Toad etc
- Familiarity with executing BCP and Mock Drills
- Familiarity of setting up Environments
- Excellent Communication Skills should be able to communicate effectively with Developers Business Members and Seniors
- Work will be in 3 Shifts 24x7 including night shifts. All shifts only from office and no work from home.
