Job Summary
Join a global technology organization as a Senior Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing building and optimizing secure cloud native applications using Google Kubernetes Engine React and Go Language. Collaborate with cross functional partners in a hybrid work model to deliver scalable platforms that enhance digital learning experiences and create measurable impact in the education ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full stack features using React on the client side and Go Language on the service layer to deliver reliable and high performance user experiences for education platforms.
- Develop and maintain containerized microservices running on Google Kubernetes Engine to ensure resilient observable and cost efficient application deployments in production environments.
- Optimize front end components built with React by improving state management rendering performance and accessibility to create inclusive and responsive interfaces for diverse learner groups.
- Build robust backend services in Go Language with clear APIs secure data handling and efficient concurrency patterns that support high traffic and evolving educational use cases.
- Configure and manage Google Kubernetes Engine clusters including namespaces workloads and autoscaling policies to support secure multitenant and hybrid work scenarios.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines that automate testing security scans and deployments to increase release frequency and reduce production incidents.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and data specialists to translate education domain needs into technical solutions that improve learning outcomes and institutional efficiency.
- Apply secure coding practices conduct code reviews and contribute to shared libraries to improve overall code quality and maintainability across full stack services.
- Troubleshoot production issues across the full stack by analyzing logs metrics and traces and drive systematic fixes that prevent recurrence and enhance platform reliability.
- Document system designs service contracts and operational runbooks in clear and concise language to support smooth onboarding and effective collaboration in a hybrid team model.
- Partner with site reliability and infrastructure peers to refine resource utilization observability dashboards and alert thresholds that keep education applications stable during peak usage.
- Engage with stakeholders from education focused initiatives to gather feedback on delivered features and iterate on solutions that expand access and personalization for learners and educators.
- Mentor junior engineers through thoughtful code feedback and knowledge sharing sessions that spread best practices in React development Go Language services and Google Kubernetes Engine operations.
Qualifications
- Possess eight to twelve years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full stack development for complex business critical applications.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency with Google Kubernetes Engine including container orchestration workload configuration and integration with related cloud native services.
- Show deep hands on experience with React for building modular testable and accessible user interfaces that support modern front end architectures.
- Bring solid expertise in Go Language including concurrency patterns performance optimization and creation of clean and maintainable service layers.
- Have practical exposure to continuous integration continuous delivery and automated testing practices that improve software quality and deployment reliability.
- Offer prior experience or strong interest in the education domain or education technology products where software solutions support learners educators or academic institutions.
- Communicate clearly in distributed and hybrid work settings while collaborating effectively with cross functional partners across product design and operations.
Certifications Required
Certified Kubernetes Application Developer or equivalent cloud native certification preferred.
