Senior Full Stack Developer
About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise applications while delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business value. You will be a valued member of the Engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Lead application modernization initiatives, including legacy system transformation and cloud adoption.
- Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and user-facing applications to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to define solutions, resolve complex challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, performance optimization, and Agile delivery.

What you need to have to be considered
- Extensive experience in full stack software development.
- Strong programming experience with Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing and developing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, databases, and application lifecycle management.
- Advanced English communication skills.
These will help you stand out
- Experience with Angular, Kafka, ElasticSearch, or modern web frameworks.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or data-driven applications.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems and leading technical transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
- SAFe certification or experience working in scaled Agile environments.
