About the Role
As a Facets Provider Functional SME, you will make an impact by supporting healthcare payer transformation initiatives through provider configuration, network management, contracting, pricing integration, and claims adjudication within the TriZetto Facets platform. You will be a valued member of the healthcare delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, implementation teams, claims, pricing, and provider operations teams to deliver successful Facets implementation, migration, and modernization programs.
In this role, you will:
- Lead provider-focused requirements gathering sessions and facilitate solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Configure and analyze provider structures, including practitioners, facilities, provider groups, taxonomies, specialties, and provider relationships within Facets.
- Support provider network, participation, and contract configuration to ensure accurate claims processing and business operations.
- Partner with claims, pricing, and business teams to validate provider setup and optimize claims adjudication outcomes.
- Drive provider data migration, testing, reconciliation, defect resolution, and production support activities throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- 8+ years of healthcare payer industry experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with TriZetto Facets Provider modules.
- Strong expertise in provider configuration, provider networks, provider contracting, and provider relationship management.
- Knowledge of claims adjudication processes and Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial healthcare products.
- Experience supporting Facets implementation, migration, modernization, or transformation programs.
- Proven ability to perform business analysis, impact assessments, testing support, and defect triage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience with NetworX Pricing and Contracting.
- Experience leading provider data conversion, migration, and reconciliation activities.
- Knowledge of credentialing, provider operations, and network management processes.
- Experience working on large-scale healthcare payer transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across provider, claims, pricing, and business operations teams.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $150,000 - $170,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
