Job Summary
The Consulting Manager role focuses on delivering high impact hybrid model consulting engagements using deep experience in data models and enterprise solutions for global clients. The candidate will drive complex day shift projects from strategy through execution ensuring measurable outcomes operational efficiency and scalable data driven decision frameworks that support the company mission and broader societal progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead hybrid consulting engagements by defining project scope measurable outcomes and delivery plans that align client strategies with data driven business objectives and sustainable organizational value creation.
- Oversee end to end execution of consulting projects during day shifts by coordinating cross functional teams managing timelines and ensuring consistent quality of deliverables that meet enterprise standards.
- Provide expert guidance on designing and optimizing data models that enable accurate analytics streamlined reporting and reliable decision support for complex business environments.
- Drive discovery workshops with client stakeholders to capture requirements understand current processes and translate business needs into actionable consulting roadmaps supported by robust data architectures.
- Manage project governance by setting clear milestones tracking progress through transparent metrics and proactively addressing risks and issues to maintain predictable outcomes.
- Collaborate with technology and business teams to integrate consulting recommendations into operational workflows that improve efficiency reduce redundancy and enable scalable growth.
- Develop reusable frameworks and methodologies for data model driven consulting that can be applied across industries to accelerate solution design and enhance consistency of delivery.
- Guide the creation of detailed functional and analytical documentation that clearly explains recommended data structures process changes and expected performance improvements for client organizations.
- Coordinate with internal quality assurance and compliance teams to ensure that all consulting outputs meet regulatory expectations data integrity standards and ethical use of information.
- Mentor junior consultants by sharing practical techniques for problem solving stakeholder engagement and data model application thereby strengthening the overall capability of the consulting practice.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate eleven to fifteen years of consulting experience with a consistent record of delivering complex projects that use structured data and analytical insights to solve business challenges.
- Possess strong practical expertise in data models including design normalization and optimization techniques that support analytics platforms and enterprise reporting needs.
- Apply advanced problem solving skills to evaluate ambiguous client situations synthesize diverse information sources and recommend clear data supported strategies that can be executed in realistic timeframes.
- Exhibit proficiency in hybrid working practices by effectively coordinating onsite and remote collaboration tools to maintain high engagement and productivity across consulting teams.
- Show solid understanding of standard enterprise technologies databases and analytical solutions that commonly underpin data driven consulting engagements in multinational organizations.
- Communicate complex data model concepts and consulting recommendations in accessible language tailored to technical and nontechnical stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Display strong client facing skills including expectation management conflict resolution and outcome negotiation that help sustain long term strategic relationships.
- Maintain familiarity with industry best practices for data governance privacy and ethical analytics so that consulting advice remains responsible compliant and socially aware.
- Bring experience in planning and executing projects fully within day shifts to support global clients who operate in similar time windows and require predictable availability.
