Opportunity
As a Client Relationship Manager within the Products & Resources practice, you will be a key contributor to growing business and managing customers across Cognizant's Singapore market.
• Support the Client Partner and act as business owner for assigned accounts, managing the day-to-day activities and profitability of the portfolio.
• Proactively identify new and expansion opportunities and extend existing agreements.
• Partner with delivery teams to maximize renewal business, optimize the resource mix, and navigate scope changes to ensure client expectations are met.
• Establish a positive client experience through managed delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary management contact and client liaison, operating as a trusted advisor to CXOs and other key stakeholders.
• Own and manage the account's P&L, business planning, and budgeting.
• Drive account mining and penetration strategies, and actively manage the pipeline for growth and development of the account portfolio.
• Lead negotiation of commercial terms across engagements.
• Manage client expectations, provide regular updates to senior management, and participate in steering and governance review meetings.
• Partner with the delivery team and third-party vendors to minimize project risk and ensure project goals are met.
• Provide thought leadership and innovation in managing strategic customers, positioning Cognizant's AI Builder capabilities as part of the account's growth agenda.
Performance Measures
• Account revenue growth, profitability (P&L), and total contract value (TCV) against plan.
• Pipeline health and conversion for account mining, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
• Client satisfaction and relationship health (CSAT / NPS) across key stakeholders.
• Delivery risk management and resolution, measured through steering committee and governance outcomes.
• Timely, accurate business planning, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
Candidate Profile
Experience
• 10+ years of experience in account management, domain consulting, and business development within the IT services industry, with a proven track record managing global and local clients. IT services sales and delivery experience is a core requirement of this role and is not interchangeable with general account or program management background.
• Seasoned business development professional with a strong record of managing, retaining, and growing client business.
• Strong knowledge of the ASEAN market across both technology and business segments.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors will be a beneficial asset.
• Experience and knowledge of current digital and AI-led innovations, with a track record of selling transformational solutions as part of an AI Builder proposition.
• Experience operating in an onsite / offshore delivery model will be advantageous.
