About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Lead/Architect to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Supply Chain Management Cloud solutions across Maintenance, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Order Management. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven experience delivering scalable supply chain solutions that improve operational efficiency and support enterprise transformation initiatives.

In This Role You Will
- Lead end-to-end functional design and implementation of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions across Maintenance, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, and Order Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define scalable future-state supply chain processes.
- Configure Oracle Maintenance Cloud to support asset management, preventive maintenance programs, work orders, and reliability initiatives.
- Design and optimize Oracle Inventory Management processes including item master governance, replenishment strategies, inventory controls, and valuation methods.
- Implement Oracle Manufacturing Cloud solutions covering work definitions, bills of material, production execution, and shop floor transactions.
- Configure Oracle Order Management Cloud to support order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and customer lifecycle management.
- Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and testing strategies.
- Support system integration, user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solution improvements.
- Mentor team members on Oracle SCM Cloud capabilities, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance, user adoption, and business value realization.
What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- 12+ years of Oracle Supply Chain Management implementation experience with strong functional expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud, including asset structures, maintenance programs, and work order management.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Inventory Management, including inventory organizations, item master setup, inventory transactions, and valuation concepts.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Manufacturing Cloud, including bills of material, work definitions, routing structures, and production execution.
- Expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud, including order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, and shipping processes.
- Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle SCM Cloud implementations and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, manufacturing processes, inventory control, and order fulfillment best practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working effectively in hybrid and cross-functional team environments.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Oracle Cloud SCM certifications in Maintenance, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, or Order Management.
- Experience integrating Oracle SCM Cloud with Oracle ERP Financials, Procurement, Planning, or third-party applications.
- Knowledge of supply chain analytics, reporting solutions, and process optimization methodologies.
- Experience supporting global enterprise implementations across multiple business units and regions.
- Proven ability to drive business process transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience mentoring consultants and leading large, cross-functional project teams.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $100,890 - $138,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
