Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Architect with strong process and integration knowledge with deep expertise in SAP CRM and at least one SAP IS-U module. Ability to guide and influence Business and IT stakeholders toward optimal architectural decisions and best-practice Utilities solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to conduct FIT-GAP analysis, lead functional and architectural workshops, and translate business outcomes into scalable SAP CRM solutions
- Ability to guide and influence Business and IT stakeholders toward optimal architectural decisions and best-practice Utilities solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability to drive resolution of functional and integration issues by understanding business needs and presenting viable solution options
- Demonstrated ability to identify, design, and implement solutions that bridge functional and technical gaps aligned with business objectives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional, ensuring solutions meet functional requirements and quality standards
- Proficient in producing high-quality Functional Design and Solution Design documentation
- Strong hands-on experience in Utilities Product Modelling (PMU), including:
- Product and service configuration
- Pricing, eligibility, and product lifecycle management
- Solid understanding of One Order Framework (OOF) and Utilities Process Framework (UPF) for orchestration of Utilities sales and service processes
- Experience using CRM Web Requests to model and drive Utilities business processes
- Hands-on experience with Utilities Sales via Multi-Channel Foundation for Utilities (MCFU) or equivalent custom web-based sales applications
- Strong experience with SAP CRM WebClient UI, including:
- UI component configuration and enhancement
- Context nodes, views, and navigation handling
- Business roles, work centres, and authorisation concepts
- Solid understanding of CRM Utilities core processes, including:
- Move-In, Move-Out, Transfer-In / Transfer-Out
- Customer engagement and interaction processes
- Experience in Interaction Centre (IC) configuration, including:
- IC Business Roles and profiles
- End-to-end customer interaction and service processes
- Strong experience with Complaints and Case Management, including configuration and process integration
- Experience supporting SAP CRM C&I (Commercial & Industrial) sales processes
- Proven experience integrating SAP CRM with SAP IS-U and third-party applications, including inbound and outbound interfaces
