Job Summary

Consulting Manager role for an MNC focused on property and casualty insurance clients requiring twelve to fifteen years of consulting and domain experience. The role involves hybrid work in a day shift managing complex transformation engagements guiding teams on strategic initiatives and delivering measurable value to clients while supporting innovation in insurance services.


Responsibilities

  • Drive complex consulting engagements for property and casualty insurance clients by defining clear objectives structured work plans and measurable outcomes that align with client business strategies and regulatory expectations.
  • Deliver advisory services on underwriting claims policy administration and billing processes by analyzing current operating models and recommending practical improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams to implement process and technology changes in property and casualty operations by ensuring smooth collaboration among business users technology staff and external partners.
  • Guide clients on digital transformation initiatives in property and casualty insurance by promoting adoption of data driven decision making automation and modern platforms that improve customer experience and operational resilience.
  • Analyze insurance data related to premiums losses and exposures by identifying trends performance gaps and control weaknesses that can inform better pricing strategies and risk management practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive consulting deliverables such as assessments roadmaps and business requirement documents by translating complex insurance concepts into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support creation of reusable consulting frameworks accelerators and tools for property and casualty engagements by capturing project learnings and standardizing best practices for future client work.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams on proposals for insurance clients by shaping solutions estimating effort and articulating business benefits that align with client objectives and company offerings.
  • Mentor junior consultants and analysts in property and casualty topics by providing coaching on methods client communication and domain knowledge to build a strong consulting capability within the team.
  • Engage with client stakeholders during workshops and review meetings by facilitating structured discussions capturing decisions and managing expectations throughout the consulting lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal quality standards by validating that proposed solutions and operating procedures adhere to applicable guidelines and risk controls.
  • Monitor engagement performance metrics such as schedule adherence financials and client satisfaction by proactively addressing delivery issues and escalating risks when necessary.
  • Coordinate with enterprise technology teams to align consulting recommendations with platform capabilities by ensuring that proposed changes in property and casualty operations are feasible and sustainable.


Qualifications

  • Require extensive experience of at least twelve years in consulting or transformation programs within property and casualty insurance covering key functions such as underwriting claims policy servicing and billing.
  • Require strong exposure to business process assessment target operating model design and implementation support in insurance environments with a focus on measurable productivity and quality gains.
  • Require proven ability to work in a hybrid environment by effectively managing client interactions team collaboration and delivery oversight across onsite and remote locations during day shifts.
  • Require excellent communication and presentation skills by demonstrating capability to explain complex insurance and consulting topics in a clear manner to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have hands on familiarity with major property and casualty platforms and rating engines by understanding how system capabilities influence process design and customer journeys.
  • Nice to have experience using data analysis and visualization tools for insurance metrics by transforming raw data into insights that support decision making for clients and internal teams.
  • Nice to have background in change management and training for insurance operations by helping client teams adopt new processes tools and controls with minimal disruption to business operations.
