AI Solutions & Product Owner
About the Role
As an AI Solutions & Product Owner, you will make an impact by leading the strategy, design, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered healthcare and enterprise workflow solutions. You will be a valued member of the Product and Digital Transformation team and work collaboratively with business leaders, architects, engineers, data teams, security and compliance stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and responsible AI solutions in regulated environments.
In This Role, You Will:
· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered healthcare and enterprise solutions, translating business objectives into product roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans.
· Lead discovery workshops, process assessments, requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization of AI and digital transformation initiatives.
· Define and manage conversational AI, voice agents, enterprise AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows while ensuring compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
· Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Data, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to design secure, scalable, interoperable, and business-aligned solutions.
· Drive solution adoption through testing, production deployment, user training, KPI measurement, value realization, and continuous product improvement.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
· 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, Solution Delivery, or related leadership roles.
· Proven experience leading AI-powered products and enterprise SaaS solutions from ideation through implementation and adoption.
· Strong experience driving product strategy, roadmaps, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
· Experience within healthcare environments, including EHR/EMR platforms, payer operations, clinical workflows, value-based care, or healthcare interoperability.
· Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, risk management frameworks, compliance requirements, and model validation processes.
· Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across Product, Architecture, Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Business organizations.
· Strong understanding of API integrations, enterprise data flows, solution architecture, and release management processes.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
These Will Help You Stand Out
· Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and enterprise AI platforms.
· Experience implementing conversational AI, virtual assistants, voice agents, or intelligent automation solutions in regulated industries.
· Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
· Experience supporting go-to-market activities, customer discovery, solution demonstrations, business case development, ROI analysis, and sales enablement.
· Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Power BI, and cloud-native technologies.
· Experience establishing enterprise AI operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until September 7, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 - $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
