Job Summary
Sr Consulting Manager will drive complex IT consulting engagements for global clients in a hybrid work model focusing on strategic advisory solution design and delivery excellence. The role requires 12 to 15 years of experience in IT consulting strong client facing skills and the ability to translate business challenges into measurable technology outcomes that support enterprise transformation and societal progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end IT consulting engagements that translate client strategic objectives into actionable technology roadmaps that improve efficiency and business resilience
- Drive comprehensive discovery and assessment activities that analyze client processes systems and data to identify high impact transformation opportunities in a hybrid work environment
- Oversee the design of scalable IT architectures and solution approaches that align with enterprise standards while enabling sustainable innovation and long term value creation
- Provide structured guidance to project teams on consulting methodologies tools and best practices to ensure consistent delivery quality and measurable client outcomes
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders including business technology and operations teams to ensure alignment of consulting recommendations with organizational priorities
- Manage consulting project plans budgets and risks with a focus on predictable delivery timelines adherence to day shift schedules and transparent status communication
- Develop insightful client presentations and documentation that clearly articulate findings recommendations benefits and implementation considerations using concise and accessible language
- Support business development activities by shaping proposals estimating effort and contributing domain expertise in IT consulting to create compelling solution narratives
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend practical adoption strategies that enhance client capabilities and contribute to broader digital advancement in society
- Guide the definition of key performance indicators for consulting engagements and track progress to demonstrate tangible business value and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal practice teams to refine consulting frameworks accelerators and reusable assets that strengthen organizational knowledge and delivery consistency
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance data protection and ethical standards across all consulting activities maintaining trust and long term client relationships
- Mentor junior consultants by sharing experience in IT consulting project delivery stakeholder communication and analytical problem solving to build a high performing practice. Qualifications
- Demonstrate 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in IT consulting with a strong track record of leading medium to large scale advisory and implementation engagements
- Possess deep understanding of IT strategy enterprise architecture and application portfolio management expressed through the ability to design pragmatic and outcome oriented solutions
- Apply advanced analytical and problem solving skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into structured consulting deliverables and recommendations
- Exhibit strong communication and facilitation capabilities that enable effective interaction with client executives business users and technical teams in hybrid work settings
- Display proficiency in project and program management disciplines including scope management risk mitigation resource planning and stakeholder reporting in day shift operations
- Utilize knowledge of digital transformation cloud solutions and data driven decision making to craft consulting approaches that support innovation and societal progress
- Bring familiarity with common IT frameworks and reference models enhancing the rigor and credibility of assessments and strategic roadmaps delivered to clients
- Show adaptability in working across industries and functions while maintaining a consistent IT consulting lens that focuses on measurable value creation and user experience
