Job summary
Partner with cross functional teams to analyze complex logistics and finance processes design integrated solutions using SAP EWM SD and FICO and translate business needs into clear system requirements. Enable efficient hybrid work collaboration optimize warehouse operations and support day shift stakeholders through data driven insights that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture detailed functional requirements across warehouse operations sales and finance processes and translate them into clear user stories and specifications for SAP EWM SD and FICO integration
- Analyze existing end to end supply chain workflows to identify gaps and optimization opportunities and recommend SAP EWM configuration and process enhancements that improve throughput accuracy and cycle time
- Design and document integration scenarios between SAP EWM core ERP SD and FICO modules ensuring consistent data flows for inventory postings order processing and financial reconciliation
- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to validate functional designs conduct impact assessments and ensure integrated solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and compliance needs
- Prepare comprehensive process maps use cases and functional design documents that clearly describe extended warehouse management requirements and integration points for downstream and upstream systems
- Facilitate hybrid workshops and day shift review sessions with operations finance and IT partners to validate proposed solutions resolve open design issues and drive consensus on process changes
- Develop robust test strategies test cases and data sets for unit integration and user acceptance testing focused on SAP EWM and related SD and FICO scenarios and manage defect triage and resolution until closure
- Monitor post deployment performance of SAP EWM and integrated processes by analyzing key metrics such as order cycle time picking accuracy and financial posting quality and propose continuous improvement measures
- Create clear training materials job aids and process documentation that enable warehouse teams planners and finance analysts to adopt new SAP EWM and integration capabilities effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Engage with business users to prioritize enhancements and change requests based on measurable business impact and ensure that backlog items for SAP EWM SD and FICO integration are well defined and ready for implementation
- Support data quality initiatives by defining validation rules reconciliation checks and exception handling scenarios for master and transactional data flowing between SAP EWM and core ERP modules
- Communicate project status risks and dependencies to stakeholders through concise reports and dashboards emphasizing how integrated warehouse and finance solutions contribute to operational resilience and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to organizational goals by ensuring that every SAP EWM and integration improvement delivers tangible efficiencies reduces manual effort and promotes sustainable and responsible supply chain practices
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive hands on experience in SAP EWM extended warehouse management with practical exposure to inbound outbound and internal warehouse processes and their configuration options
- Apply strong knowledge of SAP SD and FICO integration concepts including account determination pricing billing and inventory valuation to ensure smooth financial and sales impacts of warehouse transactions
- Utilize solid business analysis techniques such as process modeling root cause analysis and requirements prioritization gained from at least eight years of experience to manage complex stakeholder expectations
- Exhibit proficiency in documenting functional designs test scenarios and business process procedures using standard analysis tools and templates appropriate for large multinational environments
- Show familiarity with working in hybrid models and coordinating day shift interactions across global teams using collaboration platforms that support both onsite and remote stakeholders
- Leverage advanced analytical and problem solving skills to interpret operational reports KPIs and financial data and convert insights into actionable SAP EWM and integration enhancements
- Display strong communication and negotiation capabilities to convey complex technical concepts in simple business terms and build trust among operations finance and technology partners
Certifications Required
SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Extended Warehouse Management and any relevant SAP ERP or SAP Business Analyst certification
