The Integration BA will support integration design requirements management testing deployment and transition activities throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards applicable to the Life Sciences domain

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis Documentation

Elicit analyse validate and document business and system integration requirements

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders SMEs architects and development teams

Define sourcetotarget data flows interface requirements and integration use cases

Document business process impacts resulting from integration solutions

Prepare Business Requirements Documents BRD Functional Specifications and Integration Requirement Specifications

Integration Design Support

Collaborate with Integration Architects and Technical Leads in defining integration solutions

Support identification of integration touchpoints between applications and thirdparty systems

Assist in API middleware filebased and eventdriven integration requirement definition

Review solution design documents to ensure traceability to business requirements

Participate in integration design reviews and impact assessments

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary businessfacing contact for integrationrelated requirements

Facilitate communication between business users technical teams vendors and project leadership

Support decisionmaking by clarifying requirements and resolving requirementrelated issues

Manage requirement approvals and stakeholder signoffs

Testing Validation Support

Develop integration test scenarios and business validation criteria

Support System Integration Testing SIT activities

Review and validate test results against business requirements

Coordinate defect triage sessions with technical and business teams

Ensure business acceptance criteria are met before deployment

Change Release Support

Assess business impact of integration changes

Support release planning and deployment readiness activities

Participate in cutover planning and execution activities

Support hypercare and postproduction validation activities

Documentation Compliance

Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure project documentation complies with organisational standards and regulatory requirements

Support audit requests and documentation reviews as required

Contribute to governance reporting and project status updates

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or related discipline

Experience

610 years of Business Analysis experience with at least 3 years focused on system and application integrations

Experience in largescale transformation migration or implementation programmes

Experience working with crossfunctional and geographically distributed teams

Life Sciences Pharmaceutical Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
