Sr Business Analyst role focused on analyzing complex business processes translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and driving impactful solutions that align with organizational strategy. Responsibilities
- Analyze diverse business processes and stakeholder objectives to identify improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications that guide solution design and implementation.
- Document current and future state workflows with precise process maps and narratives that help stakeholders understand impacts dependencies and required changes.
- Evaluate potential solution options using structured analysis techniques and recommend approaches that balance business value feasibility and long term sustainability.
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and feedback sessions with stakeholders to confirm shared understanding resolve ambiguities and secure alignment on scope and priorities.
- Support development and configuration activities by clarifying requirements answering business context questions and validating proposed technical designs against business needs.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance criteria that verify end to end coverage of requirements and enable robust user acceptance testing outcomes.
- Analyze data and performance metrics from implemented solutions to measure value realization identify gaps or issues and propose improvements that refine business outcomes.
- Prepare clear status reports and analytic summaries that communicate progress risks and insights to stakeholders in a concise and actionable format.
- Coordinate hybrid working interactions by planning onsite and remote collaboration sessions that maintain productivity inclusiveness and timely decision making.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations in all analysis deliverables so that solutions are secure ethical and aligned to societal expectations.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by creating reusable templates guidelines and best practice documentation that strengthen the business analysis capability across the company.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure that implemented solutions improve customer and employee experiences and positively impact broader communities.
Qualifications
- Apply deep business analysis expertise gained from eight to ten years of experience to interpret complex stakeholder needs and convert them into structured requirements.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in business analysis practices and business analysis and planning disciplines such as process modeling requirements elicitation and impact assessment.
- Utilize solid understanding of hybrid work models to manage time communication and collaboration tools effectively within distributed teams.
- Exhibit advanced skills in preparing detailed documentation including requirement specifications and use cases that are easily understood by both business and technical partners.
- Show capability to work within day shift schedules while coordinating with global stakeholders through well planned meetings and clear written communication.
- Display proven ability to manage medium to large scale initiatives as a senior business analyst ensuring scope control requirement traceability and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Reveal familiarity with common enterprise platforms and data reporting tools that support analysis traceability and visualization of business performance trends.
Certifications Required
Certification of Competency in Business Analysis CCBA or Professional in Business Analysis PBA or equivalent recognized business analysis certification.
