Job Summary
The role of SPE Digital Marketing focuses on designing and optimizing data-informed digital marketing strategies that support global broadcast monitoring initiatives and insights reporting. The candidate will apply advanced data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, generate actionable recommendations, and collaborate across hybrid teams in rotational shifts while communicating fluently in English and Portuguese to support diverse stakeholders and markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that leverage broadcast monitoring data to optimize campaign reach, engagement, and return on investment across multiple channels.
- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and refinement of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, business objectives, and target audience insights.
- Analyze large sets of performance and audience data using data analytics tools to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
- Produce detailed insights reporting for stakeholders that translates complex digital metrics into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for campaign enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional hybrid teams, including content, marketing, data, and broadcast operations, to ensure cohesive delivery of digital initiatives.
- Monitor digital touchpoints continuously to assess the impact of broadcast activities and adjust tactics in real time to maximize effectiveness.
- Coordinate rotational shift activities to ensure consistent coverage of key markets and campaigns while maintaining seamless handover and documentation practices.
- Utilize strong communication skills in English to prepare reports, presentations, and updates tailored to global internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply native-level Portuguese skills to localize messaging, interpret regional data signals, and engage effectively with market teams and partners.
- Implement standardized data analytics frameworks and dashboards that improve transparency, comparability, and timeliness of digital marketing performance reporting.
- Support continuous improvement by testing new digital tactics, measurement approaches, and audience segmentation models to enhance campaign efficiency and societal impact.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regional regulations related to digital content, data privacy, and ethical use of analytics in marketing activities.
- Contribute to company purpose by using insights-driven digital strategies that promote responsible content distribution and enrich audience experiences across markets.
Qualifications
- Possess solid hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy, including campaign planning, channel selection, budget allocation, and performance optimization across diverse markets.
- Communicate fluently in English with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities to collaborate effectively in a global hybrid work environment.
- Demonstrate strong domain expertise in broadcast monitoring with the ability to interpret broadcast signals and translate them into meaningful digital engagement strategies.
- Show proven capability in insights reporting by building structured reports, visual summaries, and executive-ready narratives that drive clear decision-making for stakeholders.
Exhibit advanced data analytics skills using relevant tools and methods to clean, analyze, and interpret marketing and broadcast datasets with a focus on actionable outcomes.
- Work effectively in a hybrid model and rotational shifts, demonstrating adaptability, time management, and reliable coordination in a data-driven digital marketing context.
