Role Summary

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across RAG, agentic AI, and machine learning use cases. The role spans experimentation, backend development, cloud deployment, evaluation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop RAG and agentic AI solutions from prototype to production
  • Build AI workflows using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks
  • Develop backend services and APIs with FastAPI and REST APIs
  • Create retrieval pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, indexing, retrieval, and evaluation
  • Support knowledge graph and GraphRAG use cases
  • Build and maintain AI/data pipelines in Databricks
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications on Microsoft Azure

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions


Required Skills

  • Several years of experience in AI, ML, software, or data engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python and backend/API development
  • Hands-on experience with RAG, LLM applications, or agentic AI
  • Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based deployments
  • Familiarity with Databricks, SQL, and ML/data engineering workflows
  • Understanding of security, authentication, logging, and monitoring
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, graph databases, or ontologies
  • Experience with Azure AI Services, LangGraph, LangChain, or MCP
  • Background in enterprise AI solutions and production-scale deployments

Education

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Statistics, or a related field.
