Job Summary

This hybrid role seeks an experienced developer with strong expertise in SAP SCP SaaS integrated with Fieldglass to design build and optimize scalable solutions that streamline external workforce management and procurement processes. The developer will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver secure reliable applications with optional exposure to research and development domains supporting business innovation in a day shift model without travel.


Responsibilities

  • Design scalable SAP SCP SaaS solutions integrated with Fieldglass that improve external workforce management efficiency and align with enterprise process standards
  • Develop robust application components and services on SAP SCP that enable seamless data exchange with Fieldglass and other internal systems ensuring reliable performance and maintainability
  • Configure and enhance Fieldglass integrations to support contingent workforce processes and procurement workflows focusing on data accuracy and operational resilience
  • Collaborate with functional and business stakeholders to translate complex workforce and procurement requirements into clear technical specifications and integration designs
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms within SAP SCP applications to protect sensitive workforce and financial data and comply with internal risk controls
  • Optimize hybrid deployment architectures for SAP SCP and Fieldglass solutions to deliver stable performance across on premise and cloud environments used by global teams
  • Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP SCP SaaS and Fieldglass by analyzing logs data mappings and configuration settings and provide clear resolutions that minimize business disruption
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering solution design configuration choices integration mappings and operational procedures to support sustainable application lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with quality and testing teams to design test scenarios and validate integrations ensuring that new releases of SAP SCP and Fieldglass functions meet acceptance criteria and business readiness standards
  • Support production environments in a day shift hybrid work model by monitoring key application indicators addressing incidents efficiently and coordinating with operations teams for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives that explore how research and development oriented processes can be supported or streamlined through enhanced SAP SCP and Fieldglass capabilities
  • Engage with security compliance and audit teams to ensure that integration flows and data handling practices align with corporate policies and relevant industry regulations
  • Provide guidance to peers and stakeholders on best practices for using SAP SCP SaaS and Fieldglass integrations to achieve measurable business outcomes and higher satisfaction levels


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate six to ten years of experience in enterprise application development with strong hands on work in SAP SCP SaaS delivering stable and scalable business solutions
  • Exhibit deep practical knowledge of Fieldglass configuration and integration patterns including data structures workflow support and typical contingent workforce scenarios
  • Apply solid proficiency in integration concepts and tools such as APIs middleware platforms and data transformation techniques used to connect SAP SCP solutions with Fieldglass
  • Show relevant exposure to research and development domain processes where product lifecycle innovation pipelines or technical project environments influence solution design
  • Utilize strong problem solving and debugging skills to analyze complex technical issues across SAP SCP Fieldglass and related systems and to provide clear and sustainable fixes
  • Communicate effectively with cross functional teams by explaining technical details in accessible language and aligning solution decisions with business objectives in a hybrid work context
  • Display familiarity with secure coding practices data privacy considerations and enterprise security standards that are necessary for handling workforce and financial information
