We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to design and deliver scalable enterprise applications and drive the adoption of AI/GenAI capabilities within client-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of enterprise Java Full Stack applications
  • Design scalable backend services, APIs, user interfaces, and data integrations
  • Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into applications to improve automation, productivity, and user experience
  • Identify opportunities to leverage LLMs, AI APIs and AI-assisted workflows within business applications
  • Drive architecture, code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices
  • Lead client onboarding and maintenance-related application enhancements
  • Mentor developers and collaborate with business, product, infrastructure, and operations teams

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on Java Full Stack development experience
  • Java, REST APIs, modern front-end frameworks, databases, and microservices
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI, LLMs, AI APIs, or AI application integration
  • CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and cloud/DevOps practices
  • Strong application architecture and technical leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred: Experience developing AI-enabled enterprise applications and client onboarding/maintenance solutions.

Compensation: - $ 130,000 + COLA + Performance Bonus + Full benefits. Application will be accepted by 10/25/2026
