About the Role

We are seeking a Adobe Multi-solution Architect to support platform stability, reliability, automation, and production operations. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve resilient systems, troubleshoot production issues, strengthen observability, and apply site reliability engineering best practices.

In This Role, You Will

  • Own AEP architecture end-to-end - XDM schema governance, identity resolution strategy, merge policies, and RTCDP audience design at enterprise scale.
  • Design cross-product integration patterns across AJO, CJA, Adobe Analytics, AEM, and Adobe Target; hands-on depth required in 3+ products.
  • Architect edge infrastructure - Web SDK/Mobile SDK, Edge Network, Datastreams, and event forwarding.
  • Understand integration patterns across Adobe Experience Cloud tools and provide solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
  • Define data ingestion strategy across batch (S3, SFTP, DLZ), streaming (HTTP API, Kafka), and Adobe source connectors; establish data quality and hygiene standards.
  • Drive sandbox promotion governance. Own release readiness standards.
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for client enterprise architects - present architecture trade-offs and roadmap recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered

  • Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands-on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO and Data Distiller.
  • Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey logic, event triggers, decision orchestration, and personalization.
  • Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.
  • Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, data science workspace.
  • Experience working with customers and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics.
  • In depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe.
  • Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence.
  • Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario.
  • Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between 160,000 to 180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
