We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives within a global corporate environment. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-7 years of project management experience who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure successful project outcomes. Exposure to the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable, supporting initiatives that enhance secure digital transactions, customer experience, and financial inclusion.
In this role, you will:
· Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
· Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams to align project objectives, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
· Establish and manage project governance, including status reporting, risk reviews, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while developing contingency plans to minimize delivery impact.
· Manage project schedules, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution and timely completion of critical activities.

What you need to have to be considered
· 3-7 years of experience managing projects in a multinational corporate environment.
· Strong knowledge of project management disciplines, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, budgeting, and status reporting.
· Hands-on experience using project management tools for task tracking, resource management, reporting, and project governance.
· Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams and drive successful project delivery.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience preparing and presenting project updates, risks, decisions, and performance metrics to leadership and key stakeholders.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 46992 to $ 75000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
