Job Summary

This hybrid role is designed for a digital marketing specialist who will plan execute and optimize data driven campaigns across internet media display and video while delivering insightful reporting and analytics for global clients. The role involves rotational shifts and requires fluency in English and native level Portuguese to support cross regional stakeholders and ensure consistent monitoring of broadcast and online channels for impactful brand outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align client objectives with measurable performance outcomes across internet media and broadcast channels while ensuring consistent optimization based on data driven insights.
  • Execute and manage display and video campaigns across relevant digital platforms by configuring targeting creative placements and budgets to maximize reach engagement and conversion efficiency.
  • Monitor internet media activity including social platforms news portals and video sharing sites to identify trends sentiment and potential risks affecting client brand presence and reputation.
  • Perform broadcast monitoring by tracking and documenting relevant television and radio content to provide timely intelligence on competitor actions brand mentions and emerging topics of interest.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to evaluate effectiveness across key metrics and propose clear recommendations that improve reach engagement and return on investment.
  • Prepare detailed insights reporting that transforms complex data into clear narratives dashboards and visual summaries to support decision making for internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams in hybrid work settings to refine messaging formats and placements so that digital marketing strategy remains cohesive across display video and broadcast touchpoints.
  • Optimize targeting segments bidding strategies and media mixes on an ongoing basis by testing hypotheses measuring results and implementing data backed changes that drive incremental improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross regional partners in English and Portuguese to gather requirements clarify campaign objectives and ensure that reporting and recommendations are understood and actionable across markets.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of internet media trends ad technology innovations and regulatory considerations so that campaigns remain compliant relevant and competitive in fast changing environments.
  • Document processes findings and best practices from digital marketing initiatives in accessible formats to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the wider team.
  • Support rotational shift operations by providing consistent monitoring coverage and timely incident escalation when anomalies or urgent brand risks are identified across media channels.
  • Contribute to the organizations broader purpose by using data analytics and responsible media monitoring to help brands communicate accurately support informed audiences and reduce misinformation in digital spaces.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate hands on experience in digital marketing strategy including planning execution and optimization of campaigns with at least one year of practical exposure and the ability to manage increasing responsibility up to five years.
  • Show proven capability in internet media monitoring by systematically tracking online conversations news and public sentiment and summarizing findings into structured reports that guide strategic decisions.
  • Apply practical expertise in internet media display and video formats including campaign setup creative specification understanding viewability metrics and performance measurement across devices.
  • Utilize strong insights reporting skills by building dashboards preparing commentary and presenting data stories that resonate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Employ data analytics proficiency with tools and methods that support segmentation trend analysis attribution reasoning and forecasting of expected outcomes for marketing actions.
  • Demonstrate exposure to broadcast monitoring workflows where television and radio content is captured categorized and assessed for relevance impact and alignment with client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively in English through reading writing and speaking while also using native level Portuguese for nuanced stakeholder interactions and local market content evaluation
