Job Summary
Technology Architect role for an MNC requiring seven to eleven years of experience to drive analytics focused delivery and project management in a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel ensuring robust design of data driven solutions that optimize business processes and create measurable value for clients and wider society through responsible use of technology and insight driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end technical solution architecture for analytics driven projects by translating complex business needs into scalable designs that consistently align with delivery commitments and organizational technology standards.
- Oversee planning and execution of delivery management activities by defining scope estimations timelines and resource utilization models that ensure predictable outcomes and high satisfaction for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Provide structured project management oversight by tracking milestones managing risks and coordinating cross functional teams to ensure all analytics and engineering deliverables are completed within planned time and quality baselines.
- Drive adoption of analytics focused designs by collaborating with data engineers analysts and product teams to create structured models that enable actionable insights and continuous improvement of business performance.
- Ensure solution robustness by guiding teams on nonfunctional requirements including performance security scalability and maintainability thereby supporting long term sustainability and operational resilience of analytics platforms.
- Coordinate hybrid work practices across onsite and remote team members by defining collaboration routines and communication standards that maintain clarity accountability and high productivity in day shift operations.
- Optimize delivery processes by evaluating existing workflows identifying inefficiencies and implementing data informed improvements that reduce rework enhance reliability and support the company mission of responsible digital transformation.
- Guide project teams in applying analytics best practices by recommending appropriate data models evaluation techniques and visualization approaches that help business users make clear decisions aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by presenting solution options delivery progress and risk mitigation plans in a concise manner that fosters trust and demonstrates tangible impact on business outcomes and societal value.
- Support quality assurance activities by aligning test strategies with architectural decisions ensuring that analytics components interfaces and integrations are validated for accuracy reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with enterprise and domain architects to ensure that analytics solutions fit within broader technology roadmaps thereby contributing to coherent platform evolution and shared data capabilities across the organization.
- Mentor less experienced team members in delivery and project management disciplines by sharing practical methods and reusable templates that strengthen team maturity and improve consistency of technology outcomes.
- Document architecture decisions delivery approaches and project learnings in clear artifacts that enable knowledge reuse support governance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of company wide analytics practices.
Qualifications
- Apply deep practical experience in delivery management to design execution models resource plans and governance structures that keep complex analytics initiatives on track and aligned with agreed business objectives.
- Use seasoned project management skills to coordinate schedules dependencies and communications ensuring that cross functional contributors remain aligned on priorities and that scope and risk are controlled with discipline.
- Leverage strong analytics domain knowledge to interpret data requirements choose suitable modeling or reporting patterns and shape solutions that generate meaningful insights for clients and communities.
- Demonstrate comfort working in a hybrid environment by using structured collaboration tools methods and routines that maintain transparency and effectiveness among onsite and remote colleagues in day shifts.
- Utilize knowledge of modern analytics platforms data pipelines and visualization technologies to recommend practical architectures that balance innovation cost and maintainability for the organization.
- Exhibit clear communication and stakeholder engagement abilities to articulate complex technical and analytical concepts in accessible terms enabling informed decisions and fostering trust in proposed solutions.
