Job Summary

Drive complex Azure powered integration initiatives as a technical lead with eight to ten years of experience guiding design and implementation of scalable MCP server solutions and Python services in a hybrid work model while supporting investment banking operations to deliver secure efficient and resilient platforms that advance business outcomes and client confidence by modernizing integration capabilities. Exp in Azure APIM who can build MCP servers in Python and integrate them with Azure.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end design and implementation of Azure based integration solutions that enable secure and seamless data exchange across critical banking platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Exp in Azure APIM who can build MCP servers in Python and integrate them with Azure.
  • Oversee MCP server architecture planning and configuration to ensure robust performance scalability and fault tolerance for high volume transaction processing environments.
  • Provide hands on development of Python services and automation scripts that optimize integration workflows reduce manual interventions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate technical requirements gathering and solution design workshops with cross functional teams to translate complex business needs into clear and feasible integration architectures.
  • Drive code quality standards through systematic reviews unit testing and integration testing practices that minimize defects and support stable production releases.
  • Implement monitoring and observability mechanisms for Azure integrations and MCP servers to proactively detect incidents reduce downtime and support efficient root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to align integration patterns with regulatory expectations and internal controls commonly required in investment banking contexts.
  • Guide performance tuning initiatives across Azure components MCP server configurations and Python services to ensure low latency processing and consistent service reliability.
  • Support release planning and deployment activities in a hybrid work environment using structured change management processes that reduce risk and maintain service continuity.
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams to document integration runbooks and incident response steps so that production issues are resolved quickly and transparently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating emerging Azure integration features and industry practices and recommending enhancements that strengthen the firms technology posture.
  • Engage with product and business stakeholders in investment banking operations to validate integration outcomes and ensure that solutions directly enhance client and trading service quality.
  • Mentor team members on Azure integration patterns MCP server configuration fundamentals and Python coding practices to build a strong and consistent engineering culture.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive experience delivering Azure integration solutions including service bus functions and api based connectivity in complex enterprise settings.
  • Bring strong practical knowledge of MCP server design and configuration principles that support reliable secure and scalable transaction handling.
  • Show advanced proficiency in Python for building integration services automation utilities and data handling components that are maintainable and efficient.
  • Apply solid understanding of Azure governance security and cost optimization practices that keep integrations safe compliant and financially responsible.
  • Utilize prior exposure to investment banking operations or brokerage processes to design technical solutions that reflect trade lifecycle needs and operational risk considerations.
  • Exhibit capability to work effectively in a hybrid model coordinating onsite and remote collaboration tools to maintain clarity accountability and timely delivery.
