Job Title: Data Platform Delivery Manager

Montreal

Onsite Three days a week

The client currently has multiple legacy data platforms and is looking for a strong Data Platform Delivery Manager to support the modernization and consolidation of these legacy solutions onto Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of the legacy data platform migration/consolidation to Databricks.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery and coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Support and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.
  • Track dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical/data engineering teams.
  • Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into delivery plans.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong experience managing data platform / data modernization programs.
  • Good understanding of Databricks and modern data platforms.
  • Experience with legacy-to-cloud/data platform migration.
  • Strong stakeholder and business relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing UAT and production readiness.
  • Strong delivery/project management experience.
  • Ideally based in or able to work with stakeholders in Montreal, Quebec.

The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 - $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
