Job Summary

Lead Developer role in a hybrid work model within a global technology organization focusing on building scalable enterprise applications using Azure Angular version range thirteen to eighteen and Net Core. The role requires five to eight years of hands on development experience with strong design ownership and collaboration with cross functional teams supporting investment banking operations and brokerage solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end design and development of cloud based enterprise applications on Azure using Net Core and Angular version range thirteen to eighteen to deliver robust and scalable solutions for investment banking operations customers.
  • Drive implementation of clean modular and reusable Angular components and Net Core services that improve application performance maintainability and overall developer productivity in a hybrid work environment.
  • Coordinate with product owners business analysts and operations stakeholders to translate complex investment banking and brokerage requirements into clear technical designs that reduce delivery risk and rework.
  • Oversee code quality through regular peer reviews static code analysis and rigorous unit testing practices ensuring adherence to company engineering standards and secure development guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers on Azure services such as app hosting identity management data storage and monitoring to ensure reliable deployment pipelines and consistent application availability.
  • Optimize existing Angular and Net Core applications by profiling performance refactoring critical modules and improving data access patterns to enhance user experience and transaction throughput.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise patterns including cloud native design integration approaches and security practices that support regulatory expectations in financial services.
  • Manage work items in agile delivery frameworks by estimating efforts breaking down complex features and tracking progress to maintain predictable release cycles for day shift hybrid teams.
  • Coordinate integration testing and system testing activities with quality engineering teams validating functional flows edge cases and non functional behavior for applications used in investment banking operations.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation covering application architecture coding standards deployment steps and support procedures to streamline onboarding and reduce operational incidents.
  • Guide incident resolution and root cause analysis for production issues by analyzing logs metrics and application traces in Azure monitoring tools to ensure rapid recovery and long term stability.
  • Support stakeholder communication by explaining technical tradeoffs timelines and risk mitigation strategies in simple terms that enable informed decisions and strengthen trust with business partners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing new tools frameworks and development practices that improve delivery speed software reliability and sustainable innovation for clients and society.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in building web applications using Angular version range thirteen to eighteen with expertise in component based architecture reactive forms and client side performance optimization.
  • Show deep experience in Net Core including creation of api services middleware data access layers and compliance with secure coding practices suitable for financial domain applications.
  • Apply hands on knowledge of Azure including application hosting identity and access solutions data storage options and monitoring capabilities to design resilient and observable systems.
  • Utilize practical understanding of investment banking operations and brokerage processes to shape technical solutions that reflect trade lifecycles settlement requirements and regulatory considerations.
  • Exhibit solid experience of five to eight years in software development roles with increasing responsibility in design code quality oversight and collaboration across cross functional teams.
  • Use effective communication and collaboration skills to work with product technology and operations partners in a hybrid work arrangement while maintaining consistent day shift availability.
