Job Summary

Drive complex enterprise application solutions as an Applications Technical Lead with deep expertise in SAP MM and supply planning or production domains in a hybrid work model. Apply strong integration experience across SAP MM master data special procurements material requirements planning and SD to optimize planning processes and material flows supporting sustainable operational excellence in a day shift role with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Guide end to end design and optimization of SAP MM special procurements to ensure timely availability of materials supporting efficient supply planning and production execution across global operations.
  • Oversee configuration and continuous improvement of SAP MM material requirements planning processes to enhance forecast accuracy reduce stockouts and support lean inventory strategies in line with enterprise goals.
  • Coordinate integration between SAP MM and SD to streamline order to delivery flows ensuring accurate material allocation consistent pricing data and reliable availability checks that improve customer satisfaction.
  • Drive governance of SAP MM master data by defining standards validation rules and maintenance procedures that improve data quality reduce process errors and enable reliable reporting for planning stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance on SAP MM solutions that support supply planning and production workflows ensuring alignment with business requirements system best practices and compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborate with supply planning and production teams to translate domain processes into robust SAP configurations enabling efficient planning cycles capacity alignment and responsive production scheduling.
  • Review complex change requests and enhancement proposals in SAP MM by assessing business impact technical feasibility and integration dependencies to secure stable and scalable solutions.
  • Mentor project team members on SAP MM functionalities and process design to build internal capability promote consistent solution usage and accelerate issue resolution across hybrid work environments.
  • Coordinate with cross functional IT and business stakeholders to resolve critical incidents and performance issues in SAP MM landscapes preserving business continuity and minimizing disruption to planning and production.
  • Evaluate existing SAP MM and SD integration scenarios to identify improvement opportunities shaping roadmaps that reduce manual effort increase automation and advance overall process efficiency.
  • Document solution designs configuration rationales and process flows for SAP MM areas creating clear reference materials that support onboarding compliance reviews and knowledge transfer within the organization.
  • Align daily technical decisions with company objectives by promoting sustainable materials management practices enabling better demand fulfillment and supporting responsible use of resources across the supply chain.
  • Ensure hybrid work collaboration through effective use of digital tools structured communication and transparent status reporting maintaining productivity and accountability across onsite and remote team members.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate extensive hands on experience in SAP MM special procurements spanning configuration process mapping and issue resolution in complex enterprise environments.
  • Exhibit strong applied knowledge of SAP MM material requirements planning including demand planning parameters lot sizing and planning strategies that support diverse production scenarios.
  • Apply solid expertise in SAP MM and SD integration covering data flows for sales orders deliveries and billing that ensure consistent material postings and accurate inventory visibility.
  • Show proven proficiency in SAP MM master data management including material master vendor data and purchasing info records with a focus on governance and lifecycle controls.
  • Leverage practical domain experience in supply planning or production operations to translate planning constraints capacity considerations and production sequences into effective SAP process designs.
  • Utilize broad understanding of SAP landscapes and related modules to troubleshoot integration issues support end users and contribute to cohesive solution architectures.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills suited to a hybrid work model enabling effective interaction with business users technical teams and management across locations.
