We are looking for a hands-on Plant IT Coordinator – Lifecycle to be the on-site IT point of contact at a large agro-manufacturing plant in Poland – spotting IT/OT devices approaching end of life, planning the refresh with plant stakeholders, and delivering it on the shop floor with minimal disruption to production.
What You'll Do
- Own the lifecycle plan for plant IT/OT devices, coordinating with plant operations, site management, vendors, and regional IT
- Execute the refresh on site: device replacement, imaging/configuration, cabling, testing, handover, and decommissioning
- Schedule work around production windows and coordinate downtime with plant teams
- Maintain the plant IT/OT asset inventory, network diagrams, and technical documentation
- Follow OT cybersecurity, plant safety (BHP), and PPE requirements; travel by car to other sites when required
What You Bring
- 5+ years of IT experience (infrastructure, end-user/field support, or similar), including 2+ years in a manufacturing/plant environment in an IT, OT, or automation support role
- Hands-on, field-based approach – comfortable on the shop floor, in production areas, and in a PPE environment
- Polish at native level or minimum B2 (C1/C2 preferred) and working English (B2)
- Legal right to work in Poland; based in or near Wrocław (or willing to be on site daily); valid driving licence
- Nice to have: hardware refresh/asset lifecycle projects; MES/MOM, SCADA, or PLC exposure; OT/IT architecture (ISA-95, IEC 62443); ITIL
- Basic SQL or scripting
Why Join Us
- Be the go-to IT person on the plant floor with real ownership of the plant lifecycle plan
- See the direct impact of your work – every refresh keeps a large manufacturing operation running smoothly
- Work at the intersection of IT and OT in a cross-site, multicultural environment, with a safety-first culture
