Delivery Manager
About the role
As a Delivery Manager, you will make an impact for our client by leading project and program delivery with a strong Agile product delivery focus. You will be a valued member of the delivery team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, business owners, and external vendors.
In this role, you will:
· Lead delivery and program management activities across all key areas of project management.
· Define project scope, MVPs, and product roadmaps.
· Liaise with cross-functional teams, business owners, and external vendors.
· Manage escalations, communication plans, and governance.
· Support Agile product delivery activities.
Work model and location
This is an onsite position at our client's office in Phoenix, AZ. Remote work is not available for this role. Client interviews may be required before candidate finalization, and candidates should be open to in-person interviews if requested by the client. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you are engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. What you need to have to be considered
· Experience in delivery management and expertise across all key areas of project management.
· Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and project management.
· Strong project management and Agile product delivery background.
· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to communicate directly and professionally, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate a curious, solutions-oriented mindset.
· Familiarity with Claude and other AI tools.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $100K – $117K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
